Guest Count 150-175 Max

OPTION I – Month Out, (50) Hours

  • ( 1 ) Walk-through of wedding venue & wedding meeting with couple and venue contact all together, if possible.

  • Begin seating plan for the reception.

  • Finalize, order or print reception stationery (ceremony program, menus, table cards, escort cards, place cards, etc.).

  • Provide timeline, final layout, final guest count & vendor list to the ceremony venue, as needed.

  • Finalize your ceremony programs, if needed.

  • Reconfirm and share all final details with your officiant, including your final ceremony outline, processional and recessional details, final reading selections and any personalized additions.

  • Notify caterer & cake contact of your final guest/meal count and reconfirm final menu, set up, seating details and timeline.

  • If you're providing your own beverages for the wedding, confirm beverage quantities and shopping list based on final guest count.

  • Purchase or order beverages and any necessary bar supplies your caterer is not providing (coolers, ice, cocktail napkins, garnishes, bar tools, etc.).

  • Confirm final guest count for guest transportation and reconfirm schedule and pick up location details with all transportation providers.

  • Update your layout based on your final guest count.

  • Update and finalize equipment order based on final guest count and reconfirm set up and breakdown schedule.

  • Adjust & finalize the floral order pending final guest count and confirm delivery, set up times and locations. 

  • Finalize seating plan for the reception with diagram tools.

  • Share vendor specific timelines and details with all vendors

  • Be sure that all escort cards are in alphabetical order and that place cards, table cards and personalized menus are arranged in order by table.

  • Reconfirm all details, including date, location, timeline, etc. with your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception entertainment with all vendors.  Including load-in and load-out details.

  • Coordinate beverage items delivered to the caterer or reception site.

  • Confirm all weather backup-up plans with wedding couple.

  • Wedding planning team to distribute any remaining payments to vendors during wedding and tips as needed.

  • Vendors coordinated in the (30) days prior:

Ceremony Rehearsal - 9/5/20 -Up to (5) Hour Time Period  

•Provide Up To (1.5) Hours of Wedding Rehearsal Assistance 

•Coordinate Processional & Recessional with Wedding Party

•Help with Vendor Setup 

Day of Wedding - 9/6/20 - Up to 16 Hour Time Period 

•(16) Hour Timeframe Of Services - 11:00pm End of Wedding, 12:30am - CNE Team Departures

•Coordinating the Ceremony & Assisting the Wedding Party with Processional and Recessional

•Assisting Officiant & On-Site DJ or Musicians with Ceremony Music 

•Coordinating all On-Site Vendor(s) to Include: Florist, DJ, Audio Visual, Culinary & Banquet Staff, Photographer(s), Cake & Desserts

•Follow Approved Diagrams for Table Seating, Furniture & Food Placement, and Items Provided By Bride & Groom

•Re-Cap of all Details with Venue Banquet Staff & On-Site Contact

•Assisting DJ or Musicians for Timeline of Reception

•Coordinating Tear Down of Wedding Events & Ensuring Outside Rentals Loaded-Out Properly

 

Teardown Needs - Up to (3) Hours Max.   9am - 12pm

•Help with Vendor Tear Down

Staffing Based on Max of (175) Guests - If increase, additional labor charges will be added 

•Candace Noel Events Team:

(4) Assistants for Setup, Greeting/Guiding Guests for Arrivals/Departures, & Tear Down

Accommodations 

•Client to Provide (2) Rooms Saturday & Sunday Evening (3) Rooms for Staff – Accommodations not included in package rate for month out – separate fee, we would need to book at least 3 months out.

Package Rate for Month Out 

*Hours include any phone calls, and email communications with clients and vendors.

$5,300 + NM Sales Tax of 7.875% (Rate Can Change at Any time)

 

 

 

OPTION II (3) Months Out -- Add all the additional items listed in the Month Out Option I  - $6,800 + NM Sales Tax  (70) Hours in Total

  • Begin to work on reception stationery design (ceremony program, menus, table cards, escort cards, place cards, etc.).

  • Confirm all ceremony details – the overall structure of processional, vows, readers, and recessional

  • Review ceremony details and decide on the ceremony standing order for the bridal party, processional & recessional order and reserved seating

  • Review & fill in the details of the wedding day schedule and program in your Timeline.

  • Guide couple on providing photo shot list for any group and family photos that can later be shared with your photographer.

  • Provide timeline and layout(s) to caterer and confirm catering arrival and set up schedule, add times and details to your wedding day Timeline.

  • Confirm all songs lists with couples no less than (30) days prior to wedding.

  • Confirm all rental items with caterer & event rental company.

  • Select & order all signage needed for venue.

  • *Hours include any phone calls, and email communications with clients and vendors.

 

 

OPTION III - 3-8 Months  Out, Add all the additional items listed in Options I & II  t – $10,550 + NM Sales Tax   -(120) Hours in Total

  • Help create a mood board and layout of guest table setup with linens, cutlery, décor, etc.

  • Review your wedding budget and adjust your Budget as needed.

  • Discuss general floral needs, floral & color palette preferences and begin to collect inspirational design photos.    

  • Set general schedule outline (ceremony time, reception start time) in your Timeline.  

  • Discuss general catering, menu & service preferences, food allergies.  

  • Review catering options and schedule tastings.

  • Request preliminary menu proposals.  

  • Draft the bar menu, detailing what non-alcoholic beverages as well as alcohol options that will be served at the wedding. Discuss service details for the cocktail hour and reception.  

  • Review bar menu supplier options (Caterer, Bar Service or Self Provided).  

  • Discuss guest transportation preferences if needed, including pickup locations and schedule.  

  • Discuss bridal party transportation preferences as needed, including pickup locations and schedule.  

  • Provide room layout, equipment needs and preferences.  

  • Review equipment rental options.  

  • Review floral designer options.  

  • Meet with floral designers to discuss the options and your event, request preliminary floral quotes.

  • Book floral designer and ensure design and scale meets the needs of the event spaces & tables.

  • For outdoor ceremonies, determine a contingency plan for inclement weather and needs

  • Book audio visual company for all ceremony sound, mics, and lighting as needed

  • Finalize menu and all service details.

  • Design place settings and determine additional rental needs (charger, dishes, glassware, utensils, napkin fold, etc.).    

  • Confirm & order catering equipment rental needs for all items not covered by caterer.  

  • Discuss general wedding cake preferences (style, icing options, flavors & design).  

  • Book bartending service or confirm bar menu and bar supplies with caterer.  

  • Review entertainment options.    

  • Discuss and decide on ceremony sound system preferences.    

  • Book ceremony entertainment & sound system and add the vendor(s), contact information, invoice and payment details

  • Book reception entertainment and add their contact information, invoice and payment details into your Contacts manager.    

  • Review transportation options.  

  • Book transportation and add their contact information, invoice and payment details to your Contacts manager.  

  • Set the transportation schedule. Add the details to your wedding day Timeline.  

  • Make parking arrangements or hire valet services, as needed for the ceremony and reception.  

  • Design your preliminary layout.  

  • Select tent style, if needed.  

  • Select table shape and size.    

  • Select linen. 6-8 months

  • Select chair style.  

  • Select dance floor.  

  • Select lighting.  

  • Request preliminary equipment quote from the rental company.    

  • Reserve equipment rentals for the wedding date and schedule equipment delivery, set up & breakdown based on the venue's parameters. Add the rental company's contact information, invoice and payment details to your Contacts manager and add the set up and breakdown schedule to your wedding day Timeline.

  • Work through the details with your floral designer and update the floral proposal as needed.  

  • Curate any specialty stations – bar décor, cake display table & décor, favors, etc.

  • *Hours include any phone calls, and email communications with clients and vendors.

A La Carte - With packages I or II selected only - you can add hourly services of $100+ NM Slaes Tax Per Hour.  Services will be billed on a monthly basis.
