Faye & Mike's Santa Fe Destination Wedding

Option I 

Custom - Day-of Coordination & Initial Vendor /Venue Selection 

Initial Support 

•Vendor recommendations

•Setup potential venue tours & assist with overall venue selection

Timeline - 6 weeks out from wedding date

•Let’s create or modify an existing timeline for your very special wedding celebration

•Communicate the final approved timeline to all partnering vendors to ensure success

Diagrams & Seating Chart

•Review & approve ceremony, cocktail hour & reception diagrams which include all table, food, audio visual, and seating chart information

Final Walk-through

•Meet with on-site contact with venue(s) at least (2) weeks prior to do full walk through of space(s) and confirm all details to include diagrams, finalizing payments, etc.

Vendors

•Contact with all partnering vendors at least (2) weeks prior to finalize all details

•Wedding couple to provide all contact information and services agreed upon for each vendor for all day-of wedding needs

•Vendors include: Officiant, DJ/band for ceremony & reception , audio visual team, venue contact & banquet team, event rentals,  hair & makeup, desserts, florist, and any other items needed

Vendor Recommendations Included*

Ceremony Rehearsal

•Provide up  to (2) hours of wedding rehearsal assistance at venue

•Coordinate processional and recessional as agreed upon prior to rehearsal

Day of Wedding

•(10) hour timeframe of services

•Coordinating the ceremony and assisting the wedding party with processional and recessional.  Assisting officiant and on-site DJ or musicians with ceremony music. 

•Coordinating all on-site vendor(s) to include: florist, DJ, audio visual, culinary & banquet staff, photographer(s), cake & desserts.

•Placement of all décor items provided by couple

•Follow approved diagram for all table seating, furniture & food placement, & items provided by bride & groom

•Re-Cap of all details with venue banquet staff & on-site contact

•Assisting DJ or musicians for timeline of reception

•Ensure all items provided by bride & groom for wedding events are given to point of contact for transfer & secure placement

•Coordinating tear down of wedding event & ensuring all outside rental are picked up from venue

$2,500.00+ NM Sales Tax  

$70.00 + NM Sales Tax for Any Additional Hour(s) of Assistance

Option II 

Vendors & Décor - Assist with up to (5) vendors out of the following: Estimated Vendors in Total: Venue, Caterer, Stationary, Entertainment, Cake/Desserts, Event Rentals, Lighting/AV, Hair & Makeup, Videographer, Photographer, Transportation, Hotel Accommodations

Invitations 

•Assist couple with invitations and save-the-date & wedding website etiquette and tips 

Aisle Planner Support & All Seated 

•Utilize Aisle Planner tool to build design board, budget tracking, wedding checklist, personal notes, guest list for all events, diagrams, etc.

Meetings 

•Setup meetings with vendor(s) when in town for menu tasting, hair & makeup trial, engagement photo session, cake tasting, venue walk-through and review of any diagrams/layout for any additional rental furniture as needed
